Getting older (55) and starting to notice alot of changes in my body (mostly tummy and upper arms)...was doing fairly well until the gym closed last yr due to covid...then i broke my foot doing yard work that took 3 months to heal. Soo..time to get back on track!!

Struggling to figure out how Im going to get thru Football season without to many beer! I drink light beer but I seem to over do it on Sundays while watching Football....ugh! This is the only day of the week I drink anything at all...but its like 100 calories per beer!!
