7 weeks from today I am going to West Palm Beach. Really excited about getting away and spending quality time with Jake, Kathy and the boys. So I really want to lose 7 lbs -- 1 lb a week is do-able. I am doing the H2O challenge that starts tomorrow but I really started today to drink at least 64 oz of water each day. That should help with my weight loss. I am wearing my pedometer which I haven't had on in weeks. 10,000 steps a day is do-able. I CAN DO THIS!
