Day 3 of having a migraine - just wish it would go! On a brighter note - what a beautiful day , it's cold here with lovely sunshine and a bright blue sky. Days like this encourage me to get beach body ready.. ok more like flowing kaftan over swimsuit to hide , well, everything !

I'm coping well with lower calories, surprising really how full up I've been feeling. I put it down to eating big meal in the day and small at night.

I've just received a delivery from Amazon which I'm quite excited about .I know I shouldn't be so excited about noodles but these are the ones that were on Dragons Den called 'Barenaked Noodles' and they are very low fat/low carb and like 24 calories for a pack which is about 1-2 portions.

And my other trial low calorie foods are Itsu seaweed thins - like 22cals per pack to help me with salty cravings, and Walden Farms caramel syrup to help with sweet cravings. I think I've got a pancake recipe from slimming world somewhere that I will try this sauce with.

Anyway, going to cook a big brekky now , can't wait!
