Back to good habits. I found if I wrote out my meals for the day, over morning espresso, I tended to stick to the plan and eat better. When i don't, I nibble a lot. As well, knowing when I'll have a snack helped me conquer random cravings. Feel better getting back on track.

Still have a long road to go. Had to stop while recording while taking care of ill parent. Plateaued for a few months but back to recording everything I eat to see where I've slipped.
Putting more effort into moderate exercise and weight training. Started that a few days ago and already seeing an improvement in shoulder flexibility. Knees still need a lot of work, but surprised they felt better already.
