Guys I can’t seem to get it together here in Texas! It’s a 108 degree heat index today and it’s only actually 94 out and I used the excuse I’m so hot 🥵 that I went to Braum’s and got a small soft serve yogurt twist in a waffle cone. Small is 300 calories... who knows about fat, carbs, other sugars and proteins. I sure don’t. I feel so out of control. At least I had my mask... they had their mask. I had my hand sanitizer and they had their gloves and napkin to wrap around the cone. Shheeesh!!!
