Low fat diet and depression/anxiety
Try adding coconut oil to your diet, as well as fish/krill oil if you are not already taking them. Coconut oil in particular crosses the blood/brain barrier and thus has a significant effect on depression or anxiety. There is just a bit of anorexic tendency exhibited in your post. Take care.

Atkins is not a really sustainable diet, so you are not going to be on it forever. If your roomie is a nice guy who really wants to contribute, you can ask him to help you with recipes for treats that you can have right now on this program. You don't say how many in the household, but if it is more than you and the roommate, you can't really expect for there to never be temptation in the house, we cannot change others, only ourselves.

Feeling discouraged
If you are not already, you might try keeping measurements so you can follow inches lost as well as weight. I am down 70 lbs so far, and I have often had weeks with little or no weight loss but did have appreciable inches lost, so that keeps ya going with less discouragement
