Still lose my appetite ..
But I am force to eat ...
On the way to office .. I ate 1 egg boiled
Now add another boiled egg .. with 550ML water.
Lunch : 4 pcs chicken cut in small cube size + a small cub of fried chinese mustart green + a small cub of fried white mustart
2 liter water

Yesterday I had cheated .. ate 2 types of kuih (kuih lapis & koci)
Today hope i'll cover it ...
Breakfast with 2 boiled egg
Drink plain Water in morning 1.250 liter
Lunch hour I have lose my appetite
only drink 1 liter plain water
but cover my hungger with malay dessert (oh no! I am break my induction training) ate each small - fried keledek ,kuih talam & onde-onde
hopes the carbs not too much.
I am covered it with treatmill @ gym with 150 ONLY calories burned within 34 minutes-3.2KM (what the shame! .. need more practice)+ slow cycling in 15 minutes ? huhuh its not enough .. but i am hope this is will start to motivate me to go out for more excersizes.
Dinner only ate 1 big boiled egg ..
Sleep at 11.30pm

Just start again my DA ... huhuhu so hard as all people arround me keep sabotaj me to cooked & ate all carbs food .. huhuhuhu im so failed!!!
Today Breakfast still take the 3/4 boiled egg ...
in between to lunch hr .. ate boiled egg coz fill little bit hunger
Lunch hr i am not sure what shoul I recorded there .. but my meal only
Ginger chicken oyster sauces - its only 4 small dice of chicken part
a scope of fried mustard green with oyster sauce added few slice of carrot (I am not eat carrot)
is my calories recorded in the line?
Finished my 2.250 liter plain water
In between to dinner ate boiled egg to cover little hunger before dinner
Dinner a bowl of spinach dip in 2 eggs then fried ...
with 500 liter water ..

I am not sure why ...
remembered when in long holiday .. family cooked so much .. everything delicious ... till i cant stop!!
But hardly now to reduce it back!!
