Following WW point program for last several days to relieve boredom. Will follow for another week as well as enter foods here to be certain I am getting the proper protein levels.

Up just a touch but....this is o.k. My body is slowing things down a bit as I was losing too fast anyway. This is totally o.k.!! I am still doing so awesome. I have lost 8+ lbs in 3 weeks. Sweet!!!!
