I've been doing really bad but for the past couple days gotten back on track. I'll be so happy to see warmer weather so I can walk and garden.

I have been so bad! I've done everything possible to sabotage my diet. So today I'm back and promise to try my best to eat healthy and exercise. I know it's up to me and me only to try to get my body in its best possible shape. Today will be a 100% day!

Made it fine yesterday with the no flour no sugar diet with only mild hunger. I'm taking the time today to prepare fresh raw vegetables and have them on hand when the munchies begin. Also want to drink lots and lots of water.

I'm back after a few days of non stop eating and am so disgusted with myself. I promise this will be a good week and I'll try to undo all the damage the past week has done.

I feel like I can live with the 1500 calories much better than 1200. I realize the loss will be slower but if I can keep it up I'll one day reach my goal. I CAN DO THIS!
