I have decided to start kicking my own butt and getting in to exercise again.. I have been slacking a lot and shouldn't I have lots weight before I can do it again.. I will be logging my food into a food journal and on here.. I will log everything in on fatsecret on sundays because that will be the easiest day to do it. Other then that it will be kept in a journal as well as keeping track on my exercise... My boyfriend is doing his own to p90x and I will be doing that when he is done but until then I will be doing some similar exercises just on my own time... I will participate in a few of his dvds but for the most part it will be mine own doing.. I will also be doing the core rythyms dvds again for my cardio that I think I need as well as weight lifting.. heres to trying!

I have been exercising to Core Rythyms for the last two and a half weeks and love it!! its has been a great work out and you sweat like crazy but it don't feel like a work out at all... It is great I love it...
