Well I found out over the weekend you can gain alot of weight from just two slices of pizza (new york size), a burrito, a few cookies and two brownies. This was throughout 24 hours or so mind you.
BUT, the awesome part is, in two days, it was gone! I am back to what I was friday. And that makes me happy. Why? Because it means I can be bad in the future... way future... and it will come off quickly. Granted I don't mean if you gorge yourself, but just have a few naughty carb-filled items.

changed all my weigh ins from the beginning as I got a new scale and there was quite a difference from my old tired scale... LOL.

Was supposed to work out today, but I can't. The workout that was planned would have made my very sore abs worse. So taking today off.
