Had a good wekend. Started my challenge yesterday. 45 mins of Wii! Down 2.5 more pounds...total 11 pounds in 3 weeks! I'll take it! In my younger yrs that would have been 1 week! Trying to do it right this time. "Healthy" is the key word.

Feeling good and looking forward to the weekend! Challenge starts on Sunday. Staying positive! Lauren seems pumped too!

I joined a challenge today!. An exercise (just moving) for 20-30 mins a day. It starts on Sunday.....funny I feel really motivated about it. I just might do well and look good for that wedding!

So my daughter thinks i'm corny. I Guess i could be alot worse things. I like having her to try different things with. Can't wait til next week and see how much she loses.

Got my daughter lauren to start with me,....i feel it will be easier with someone to share with. She was impressed by my 8+ pd weight loss over the last 2 weeks. Even more motivated now! I love to cook and make it a challenge to come up w/ recipes that fit into the points and taste really good!
