Yay,I larger drop...despite no gym this week. Weighing in on Friday morning is much better than Monday morning..thank you for the advise. This is my weekly drop goal +/- a kg a week..so im super stoked... Have a lovley weekend!

:(!!!!! Why?!? I guess a drop is a drop...Cant seem to get below 80. But all the rice and potatoes I was eating this weekend are reflecting in my weigh in.The weather today is not going to make it easy though. No point dwelling on that! New week, new goals. Happy Monday all..

Im not too stoked. Had a bit of a difficult week. Resulted in some major comfort eating the last two days. Really messed with my progress. But, its a new week and I have the opportunity to start over. I will do better!

I know it just started but I'm having such a positive week. Killed gym yesterday..was sweating like a pig and the endorphins just flooded my system. I weighed unofficially this morning, sitting at 82.9kgs. I haven't seen a number this low in almost 3 years. I also released that I am 3kgs away from a 10kg loss! And people around me are starting to notice. Slow and steady seems to be winning the race. Onward and UP!
