Trying to stay positive. I started FatSecret in December of 2014, and here it is in July 2015. I actually left this alone for a while because I was in a residential care facility for mental health. During that time, I gained about forty pounds.
I'm now trying my hardest to loose weight because I want to feel more confident about myself. I also want to be in shape for next summer, maybe so I can finally wear a bikini. I don't know, I have a long ways to go. 118 pounds. Wow.
Staying positive, though. I'm starting to love myself. I just want to be able to feel like people aren't talking about my weight.

Switching to a low calorie diet. Going with 1.000 calories a day, then after I've reached 120 lbs, I'll eat a max 1.500. Excited (:
