Well - I'm getting nowhere - which is my own fault. The usual binging & starting again tomorrow - I'm so ashamed & unhappy :-( What do I do - try again I guess - when will I learn that I'm only letting myself down.

I wanted to start my diet today - but I've had a sick bug all week, so couldn't face food. Will start in the morning no matter what! I can no longer eat chocolate - it actually made me feel sick - so that's a really good thing ;-) No more excuses!!

I have 45 kgs to loose asap. I can't bare to see myself in a mirror or window as I pass - my face looks so old & tired.
Atkins is the only way because it is sustainable long term & weight loss is at a reasonalble rate. I also need to loose my 'sweet' addiction - which is really strong!!
I need all the help & encouragement that I can get.
