Hello again Friday....I am at work since I have to deliver material at Zink Hall at 5:30 pm
I ate so much again...
watermelon...GOOD
Slimfast...Good 300 calories
Smart Ones Chicken enchilada 290 calories...GOOD
BAD...Muffin...300 Calories
BAD ...3 Twinkies...600 plus Calories
TOTAL so BAD...what's wrong with me...going home to eat dinner yet...

Hello, It is a very HOT day and I can't seem to control the amount of food or types of FOOD I stuff in my face. Very upset with my self...plus not much exercise. What can I do for myself....I weigh so much ...over 180...plus pound HELP ME

Today I drank a Slim fast...ate a Smart one...not a bad day yet. FAT COLLEEN!

It is when I get home and let food take over my boring life. Maybe that's it I can't stand ME.

I am eating before bed...bad I can't seem to stop eating. My clothes are tight ...that is what I can get in and I feel terrible.
