Hey guys.
I am so so sick (again!) I don't know, everytime I reduce my calories a little bit and exercise more, I get super sick, like bedridden. As I speak, I'm lying in bed trying to study for my physics exam. Today I'll try to be dilligent about logging in my calories, but no promises here. No exercise for the past few days, either. Thank god I didn't gain anything, as a recent trip to the bathroom scale tells me.

A pretty great day, good food (lots of veggies!) but after my exercise today ad classes and homework, I'm exhausted. All I need is to crash into bed right now. Good night! :)

I cannot wait for this challenge!I feel so pumped up and ready to lose weight and workout for the new year. I scheduled my exercise for later today, at 5 PM. I'm hoping I'll be able to keep going for at least 45 min.

What a lovely day.. I was shopping with the girls all day for after christmas sales. We're gonna hole up in the dorm "cozy room" as we call it, with it's abnormaly large TV, plushy couches, and even a fake fireplace. It's part-ay night, and I am bringing the (healthy) snacks of nut mix, homemade nachos and salsa, air popped popcorn, and of course, frozen yogurt! Sounds like a ton but we are a lot of girls.One of my friends is bringing the diet coke and the keg, but I don't drink, considering a) Im underage and b) I don't like beer and c) Too many calories to be consumed when drunk. Good thing I exercised and limited my calories today. Yay! Happy New Year's everyone!
