Ok, I am totally frustrated. I have not cheated, I have been on plan and I am up 2 lbs today!! GAH!! I am keeping on, but this is discouraging. Maybe it is too much salt yesterday. I love garlic salt with my steak and use quite a bit.

first week of induction done. 4 lb gone. I had hoped for more as I lost more last time I did Atkins, but I am happy with 4! Will do induction this week and probably at least one more, then move on to OWL. I have a hard time getting my carbs in and enough calories!
