Due to meds, I have been afflicted with poor fat burning and increased fat retention. Also my urge for pastries has increased (I have stopped that since beginning this journey and doing well by it). I am retired with no outside interests, hobbies, or activities except for the occasional walk. YAY! (or NOT!) By some systems I am over 100lbs overweight. By my projected goal, 67lbs. Surprisingly I already lost 6lbs. I can do this.
