So after having a stomach bug which was awful but great for some weight loss! 😂 I went down to 120,1 and now that I’m eating properly again I’m back up to 121,4 😪😪 was so disheartening seeing that number on the scale. So I decided to have a bit of a cheat day and I had McDonald’s 🤦🏼♀️ I never realised that McDonald’s was SO much calories. I knew it was a lot but one meal equal to 1000 calories 😱 I feel so guilty now and need a bit of motivation to get me back on track 😪

So after nearly a week of choosing the healthier option and cutting down on every unhealthy I have made great progress 😃 I’m just trying to do everything in moderation right now, so instead of a whole slab of chocolate I only have 1/2 rows and then that’s it for the whole day. Gotta slowly wean myself off the sweet stuff.
