I am now retired from the army and I’ve gained well over 100 pounds since I have retired. I kind of reasoned that I don’t have to get height and weight taken on me because I’m not in the army anymore however, I’ve gotten so big that I’m very embarrassed of, how I look. I am getting divorced and so I would like to get a handle on my weight. I would like to start taking better care of myself.
