went day shift at work. feel much better physically. job busier in the day. able to reduce calorie intake while on shift. will see once back on thyroid meds.

more light activity. same diet. ready to count caloric intake and decrease them. attempting to change work shift to days to help with getting proper excercise.

finally laid off the sour cream had it only once since last journal entry. cut back on my homemade coffee lattes to 2-3/week. cut my regular cola intake in half by switching to coke zero and increasing h2o. still no proper exercise. getting about 6hours sleep on average now thanks to hubby taking over some household chores and childcare. don't have much room to workout at work where I am for 12-14 hours a day. considering yoga or pilates and tai chi videos

desire but no motivation or support. will start calorie cuts friday. have started sporatic muscle engaging movements. actually started to perspire while painting large master bathroom, lots of up and down on the ladder.

caught myself making excuses again. overate mexican again. can't seem to lay off the sour cream. my ldl's must be off the charts by now. hdl's were not well the last i checked. reaching "mid-life crisis" or depression not sure which. too young for menopause? no support from the skinnies at home.no desire for sweets but won't leave the coke and coke0 alone. i feel happier after 32 oz of caffiene. we all die in the end, why bother with any of this?
