Information Please. My ability to register the foods I eat is all locked up. I made an error in quanity must have been to small amount for program's ability to handle maby.

Praise his holy name. Yes! It moved with all my tweeking. Oh was so down last week only .5 of a pound down but some loss was good. But so glad it is now showing that this week. Reading your journal entries so so very helpful to all, FS Buddies. Yahoo! Off the sad sack Mary-Go-Round at last. Not that it can't happen again just Yeah! for the break. Keep GOING THERE IS VICTORY FOR US ALL. I've been impressed that this climbing road is not straight it has curves and may be rough. But do not let this disway us.

Weight not much at all. But the doctor told me today to cut my diets sodium to 2,000 and I should see a differance and will help with me exercising. So I'm off on another new Tweek its ok I'm finding it kind of fun. Since I'm not a cook, and I am growing and learning so much new stuff. I never tried to take care of my body, I wasn't brought up with this knowledge, of course alot of it didn't exist this easily. And you all here SHAREING AWSOME and FS food tracker being able to tweek out sodium and other so easy to see. Harder in the days of paper and pencles still use alot. What would be nice is a place to combine blood sugars combined with food intake. Saveing a life too. Climbing. God Bless.

Sorry for my part in misunderstanding about (lie) comment. Well today is a new day and am TWEAKING every thing and seeing how I can impliment all the SUPER advise, sugestions, and KIND KIND KIND suport. Found out some about Micros -didn''t know what they were now tweaking for quality calories. Also the statement that even when Injured you can still do something...so do it. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! GOD BLESS YOU & YOURS
