Going to try this again, I have just become very lax with my weight loss. I need to get serious about my weight loss. I will need a lot of encouragement and discipline.

Well I am going to try again, it has been quite awhile since I followed a true diet. I have used all kinds of excuses from Covid to the economy to i feel good and don't need to diet. Truth is I am just lazy and do not want to do a diet. I did do pretty good when I was using this siight, it seemed to keep me focussed. He I go \.

Well Time to start over, went a long time without logging in. I think that I have to get back to logging in every day to keep focused.
