Oh no 🤦♀️ I hate my scales. 200 grams up.
I’m just having optislim shakes for breakfast & salad 🥗 for lunch & perhaps a banana 🍌 for morning tea.
I’ll increase my walking 🚶♀️ this week & see if the scales are kinder to me next week.
It’s sooo frustrating when you think you are doing everything right but the scales say otherwise.

Oh no 😬 not a great week. I’ve been doing optislim shakes & replacement bars. I realised toooooo much sugar. This week going back to my salads & proper eating & I’ll see how that goes.

I hope you all had a nice Easter 🐣 a much different Easter 🐰🐣
I haven’t been tracking my calories since the beginning of Easter 🐣. Had a few personal Issues & family issues but today I’m back at work & time to focus on work & try & leave my issues at home.
Going to begin tracking my calories today & stay on track to loose at least 500 grams to a 1kg by Friday - my weigh in day.

Lazy Sunday brunch. It’s cold & raining 🌧. Self isolation & distancing not difficult today, but keeping out of the fridge & cupboard looking for snacks could be a problem. But I’ll be strong & have willpower to beat this today.
My Sunday brunch is my favourite - berry mug muffin it’s like a nice warm hug 🤗
