I am so frustrated. I want to lose 15 pounds but Im trying to limit my clorie intake, which the most easiest way for me is a snack (usually a fruit) for breakfast and a Salad (Usually ceasar with grilled chicken) and thats it for the day which equals 700 Cal. Which is good because I want to be under 1400 calories a day. But, no I am finding out that I can't do that as my body will start storing fat as it believes I hit a famine period. I am not sure what to do and it seems to be worse and worse. Also, dieting food is extremely expensive and its faster and cheaper to just give in and go back to eating like I used too.
Today, I ate a bit more...I am going to try to see what happens but I want results and I stay at the same weight! I'm frustrated.
