Today is Oct 4th, the start of P21X. I have done a great job, today of doing my food journal, it is telling me so far that I am not eating enough calories and I am eating to many Carbs, I think. I am so thankful to my support group at P4L Fitness and the friends I have made thru there for all there support.

TOday is the start of P21X. So excited to get a jump start on losing weight again. Have been on this pleatau way to long.
