Been down the gym and continued my "Couch to 5k" running regime. Spoke to some of the staff down there and it turns out I need to consume around 3000 calories a day in order to build any muscle.. this is going to be entertaining >_<

Turns out I didn't weigh myself when I signed up, was just a rough estimation xD Been hitting the gym religiously and been keeping to my diet... maybe it's muscle?
