Going to make Sunday freedom of choice day to eat dessert first day. That is what I did for lunch. Then that was all I ate for lunch. Lol. One warm brownie and 8 oz whole milk. Yum.

Miss yesterday's entry. The plan was to discuss increasing my water intake and that was done yesterday. Today I will discuss on a later entry today.

Increase water to 24oz a day. Monitor food intake through journal. Increase exercise by working in house, yard or other form of service besides resting and shopping.
