My first weigh-in is tomorrow. I have stayed with my program pretty well. The only problem is getting home at night around 8:30 - 9:00 and wanting to eat something. I have been pretty good at just doing celery sticks or some fruit at night. I am keeping my WW point around 31 to 34 which is what is recommended for my current weight. I have been drinking around 120 oz of water per day. Hopefully I will see some good results the first week. Exercise is difficult due to my occupation. We will find out tomorrow.

Man, temptation is rough. So far I have tapped into my will power. To exercise, I am walking around in my store. At least that is some activity.
