I need some real ideas
I would recommend doing burst training. Skinny Bitch (the book)
If I could make a suggestion on a book to read. I would recommend getting the "Healing Diet" Cookbook. It explains the cause of weight loss resistance on why people can't lose weight. It also includes recipes and a free audio CD. This diet literally saved my life. I am 26 years old and was borderline diabetic and high blood pressure. My testimonial is posted on a blog.
