HI Every Body... been on a constant battle to maintain for many years...
Goal: To eat what I want ... when I want... and not have it affect my weight or health. after all these years ( I am 63).. I finally had some serious life changing breakthrough... but overconfidence always has a way of bringing me down... I used to "wing it"... to maintain at 150 (started at 172...lost 22)... but now it is so much more than weight loss that I am after... In the end... Weight loss is all about personal development...
