I am a 45 year old mother of l.I work as a cook at a local elementary school. Lunch break is at 10 am. It is hard not to sit and eat whatever we are serving for lunch. Because then my brain tells me at 1 pm that is is lunch time. Married to a fun guy. We like HAPPY HOUR way too much. My son is a very active 14 yo boy. I wish I had his energy. Luckily he does not have my hypothyroid problem. I do not wish it on anyone. Really hard to lose this weight. Was always very skinny as a child. In 1992, the same year I was married, I had 1/2 of my throid taken out. My weight is constantly changing. I go up 10-15 and then lose it. And gain more back. I now know I need to do aerobics and watch my eating habits. I also love junk food. ICE CREAM. Holidays are hard. I think I eat out of stress of hanging with my family. Sometimes not the easiest thing to do. I was up to 200 lbs before. About 8-9 years ago. I starved myself and got down to 160 lbs, but slowly put it back on. This time I plan to change my lifestyle forever.
