First day... signed up to this site, joined the awesome Refresh Fitness 30 Day Challenge Group and had my assessment. Technically, the first day of the program is Aug 1st... but since I just got done with my physical assessment, I thought it would be smart to write down why I am doing this. It is my mental assessment, on paper (well computer), to remind my future I-want-to-not-workout-today self why we started in the first place. So here goes my goals....
- tighten up the middle
- get back on a routine (we have had people in town visiting us since May and people do not eat healthy on vacation)
- dropping a few is on here for a goal, but I am not going to obsess with the weight... more the inches.
- just feeling like an athlete again and not a blubbery bum
- having to beat the husband with a stick because he can't take his hands off me
Not going to lie... I hate tracking food. I will give it a try though. Have to "get uncomfortable" right Emily?
