Aside from the consistent pain in my left hip and down my left leg (I am thinking sciatic issue), I woke up feeling really good this morning. Even the neuropathy in my feet feels better. I think that MSM is really benefiting me greatly. In more good news... my BS this morning was 114! Holy cow! It hasn't been this low for a morning reading in... well, I cannot remember when. Maybe that's why I am feeling good today.
Going to force myself to do a little early Spring cleaning in my room today. I haven't done a good dusting since October and my normal well-organized piles of things are in disarray and the OCD in me is kicking in. So time to straighten things and dust.

I don't usually weigh myself this often, but I was feeling lighter this morning, so I decided to go ahead. *w00t* more loss. Loving this!

Been up all night because I unintentionally upset a friend yesterday and now she won't talk to me and I couldn't sleep because of it. So instead, I've been drinking many cups of coffee. The result is that high systolic pressure number. Coffee always increases it.
BP - 136/80 Pulse - 87
I was tempted to do some emotional eating last night, but managed to talk myself out of it. I hate upsetting/hurting my friends and this has put me in quite a slump.
The good news, at 7:00 am this morning, my BS was 117.
Had my oatmeal breakfast around 9-ish and now (11:30-ish) the reading is 150. I'll take it!
Hoping for a better day and maybe a nap later on. Unfortunately though, this will more than likely spark an insomnia episode.

The MSM is working really well. Woke up this morning in less pain than when I went to bed and again, my feet aren't aching this morning.
