So far I am doing better today. I actually got up to walk and I had a yogurt. Eating lunch in and trying to add more water to my diet with the increase in exercise.

Not sure I am really dieting but I went for a walk this morning. Had a whole grain english muffin with Nutella and a coffee... yes with creamer and milk. Lunch is sack. Ham sandwich on whole wheat grapes and sugar free pudding.
