so...tired... Didn't sleep in my own bed so both my back and my neck are shot, combined with yesterday's treadmill session damages to my arms and legs I am officially a walking zombie. I'm slightly nauseous and dizzy, hoping the lunchtime salad will remedy that. I've got a 5 hour shift at work tonight - it's some sort of variant of a hardware store. That means there might be some heavy lifting, lots of walking and lots of standing around, since the cash registers we have don't include seats. I'm not looking forward to my backpain tonight but that only makes the bedtime seem more inviting. Maybe I'll get a good nights sleep, since the weekend is here :)

I just finished a 8.7km session on the treadmill - Took me 1 hour. Dropping the 'keg and showing off the sixpack is my primary resolution for this year, aside from finishing my Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, of which I have 1 semester left. Right now I'm enjoying an after-workout snack of blueberries (~225 grams) and I have a tasty fresh salad planned for supper. Can't wait to get started proper!
