love love my new work out ball. I am one of those people that can't sit still. I watched a show tonight bouncing along and got a work out and had no need to get up and leave!!!! YAY Me!!!!

Not bad but could have done better. I find stress is a major factor in my eating habits.

So I realized something about my eating habits...I wanted to add crackers to my soup just so I could eat it quicker and be done with lunch. All I would have been doing is adding more salt and carbs :O

Need to hit the grocery store this afternoon then make lunches for the week. I'm hungery in the morning so that is my first challege...finding the right things. Think I am going to get some fruit for smoothies, can bump my protein with egg white powder.
