Most important to me...My girls 15 and 16. They are like night and day, fight like cats and dogs but, in the next second are talking and laughing like best friends. And, they are my delights.

My husband a professional in education. He is a rock. Also, very anal! That is our family joke. I'll set something down, hel'' move it. HMMMM could he be OCD? Just kidding. He is like Phil Donahue with the girls. Bad jokes and all, I love him.

Love taking the two dogs for a walk. Old English Sheepdog named Hannah and a yellow Lab named Pheobe.

Not your stereotypical librarian! I'm a Youth Services Librarian in a small town. Love kids and we actually make noise in my library! We also learn alot!

I have struggled with my weight for 10 years. Tried and Failed and tried again. I did have one time where I had lost over 60 pounds. On Phen Phen. Great! The one thing that worked, and did not harm me, they take off the market. So, HERE I AM AGAIN!

After having to find two specialists...Endocronologist and Sleep Apnea specialist, I am ready to kick this weight thing and get on with my life.

I am armed with a 1200 cal diet prescribed by the endocronologist, exercise regiment that I have designed for myself with the knowledge that I had when I recieved my degree in Aerobic Training...Yes, I have a BS with a three year Certificate of training 500 hours of Clinical Compentcy and at one time...16 years ago, weighed a whopping 98 pounds and felt like a million dollars. I'd feel like a million if I get to 200!

Some days I need a cheer leader! Is there anyone out there who like to pat dieting friends on the back, give 'em a pep talk or kick them in the bum to get them focused again?

Needing a Buddie
Hi all,
I am in need of a diet buddie. There are times when I need to check in and get a response. I'm not a needy person but when starting a huge undertaking as losing this much weight and trying to stay on track I think everyone needs a little,,,nudge.
I know that 2 pounds a week is a reasonable loss, but considering the long term...HELP would be nice.

The only thing that I want to be big is my smile!Very Happy

My first step
Hi Everybody!

This is my first step towards a healthy lifestyle! I was able to lose 43 pounds last year after an extended illness. I have put all but 10 of those pounds back on. I guess the spirit moved me when I saw that the Christmas gifts this year did not include smaller size clothing. I can do this...if anyone out there can give me a nudge when needed!

Thanks for listening!
The only thing big about me is gonna be my smile!
