Trying to keep the stress down, co-workers do not help with that. Really wish I knew What LL"s gripe was so it could be aired. Can't let their petty issues get to me. Stress equals more cortisol equals more fat hormones. Had to change plans on the fly but that didn't bother me. Heat was just too much to take kids into DC. Will attempt that on Friday.
Cals 3123, Steps 11798, Mod Activity 121 mins. Am sorry that I will be missing the training session today for another stupid Dr appointment. Will have to make it up some how.

Trying to adjust things. May not be get everything logged in on the site, but I am recording what I eat in my little book I carry. Trying not to let stresses of work get to me. Intra office politics is the worse here. I work with some real cats! I need to work on building a support group outside of that environment. New lab results should be in Thursday. Maybe it will help in point into a new direction with my health issues.

Survived the day out with the family, including several meals out. All the temptations. Oh well. 2800cals burn, 8153 steps, and did get circuit training in, mod activity 1 hr 50 min.

Having one of my episodes, going on 12 hours. Always throws me off. Yesterday's cals 2391, steps 5080. Just want the body to calm down. Think it will be a day for yoga and not intervals.
