Sooo disgusted and irritated. I don't know how I weigh 189. So the Biggest loser started and I weighed in at 194 WTF? UGH, I have been sticking to my diet and I have been working out and I see no results. This sucks major, I don't know. I am going to keep at it and hopefully i will see some results soon. I just cant get pass this 187-190 mark. It's like my body is playing tricks on me and that is not cool. I am trying desparately to loose this weight

Okay so here we go. Today is day #3 of my new life changing diet and exercise plan. Overall, I am doing very well. I just realized that I can do this, all I can do is think about how beautiful I am going to look 50 pounds lighter. My diet is super tough and my body is craving carbs so bad, but I can do it. I want to look good like Jennifer Hudson and Beyonce. I am working out and eating right on day #3 and I have so many more days to go. I can do it, GO TEAM QUIN!!!!
