I am 36 years old, married and have 3 teenagers. I currently own my business in Virginia Beach, Virginia and although it is a physical job, I don't lose a whole lot of weight from it. I have CMT1A (a form of neuropathy) and exercise can be almost impossible except for swimming and walking....but I am out to prove that I can be physcially fit and strong for my WILL to do it is strong!
