I think I weighed 190 (maybe more) last year and had weighed around that for quite a few years. So I've actually lost at least 35 lbs this year. I've been a lot more active the last few months and haven't had much of an appetite at all. I was hoping for a better loss since the last time I was here but it didn't happen. :(
