I am 32 years old and have been battling my weight crisis since the birth of my daughter 11 years ago. After the birth of my daughter, I immediately lost 30 pounds but allowed myself to gain the weight back within 2 years. I am ready to get back to my pre-baby body of 135 pounds and to keep it off. I know it will tak determination and appreciation of my self image and being and I am willing to make the changes needed to be successful.
