Had a great time with my family this weekend. We went to the snow and the kids had a ball. I didn't eat well and it shows on the scale...2lb gained. I'm not happy about that, but at the same time, we never take any kind of vacation so I didn't feel like tracking and counting.

I'm really looking forward to the Juice challenge next week. I am trying to get back on track with smaller portions and more water this week. I came back from my little trip more excited than ever to get started, mostly because, I can feel my body hating the food I am putting into it and its aching all over. I have pain throughout my body everyday, but this past few days all I can do is sleep or want to sleep so I don't feel the pain. How my doctor can say its normal for a person to feel this way is beyond me. She just pacifies me, or so she thinks.

A couple days ago I watched a couple of films on Netflix that really provoked me to think and change. I think I will keep them in my queue so I can watch them over and over when I wonder why I am on the challenge, lol.
