So on Tues and Thurs this week my cardio consisted of 2-2.3 mile runs with a cardio/conditioning workout in between. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to keep my calories fairly restricted, but as usual I have had good days and bad days.
I think going into the next couple of weeks I am going to continue with my cardio instead of jumping back into a strength training routine (I tend to justify my eating easier doing during strength phases).
I think I will wait until after my b-day on May 3rd to start my strength routine again. I feel this will help me get closer to my goal of 215 or less with that as my deadline. I was able to get to within 4lbs of my goal at thanksgiving and have only put back on 10 of that. Which is good as this has allowed my body to reset to 225ish as my norm..
I will also try to be a little more diligent on logging my grub for the next 4 weeks.. (lol).
