I knew the scale was wonky that one day. Maybe it was just trying to flatter me. If only I could drop weight that fast, though my most recent weigh in seems more reasonable.

Weigh-in: 397.0 lb

still to go: 157.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

Yesterday I didn't actually eat at Del Taco. It was home-made burritos at my parents place. Just figured two of those huge burritos was probably equal to what I ate at my parent's place. I guess I need to be careful with nuts as well. Had no clue they had so many calories till after I finished off a whole bag.

Parent's took us out today for Chinese. Don't have a way really to record the exact foods eaten, but I stayed away from noodles and anything deep fried. Mostly just stuck with various meats. I would say the meal was probably between 2000 and 2500 calories if I were to give an estimate.

The burger wasn't the best idea and I normally wouldn't have eaten it. I was really low on my calorie intake yesterday and by the time I went to pick up my wife I started to feel seriously sick. She had the burger and some fries in the fridge at her work and thus I ate the damned things.

Still, even with that and going to Olive Garden with friends later, I'm only a little bit over my daily calorie allotment.

I'm thinking I made a big mistake yesterday. I couldn't really move most of the day and when I finally did get up I just grabbed some leftovers.

Late into the evening we decided we wanted some ice cream.

I now see that I didn't get much protein yesterday and today I had to call in to work once again not being able to move much.

still to go: 161.0 lb
