Woke up at 12:30, slept for about 6 hours(had the day off yay).
Fixed a plate of Tuscani pasta from Pizza Hut (yay leftovers)and washed it down with a glass of Tea.
Called up a friend and then we went to work out for about an hour. I did 30 minutes of brisk walking on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the eliptical, then finished off 15 minutes on the Bicycle.
After working out and streching we stopped by Firehouse Subs and split a Turkey sub and we each got a bottle of water.
Now its about 8:20 pm and I will take a shower and go to bed. I have to be up early in the morning for work
