I have lost all my excess weight before but gained it all back again over a year or so.
Now I am determined to get back to my ideal weight again and not make the same mistake again!

Now eating more fruit, vegetables, whole grain carbs and a moderate amount of protein in various forms. Trying to create smaller more filling meals with more nutrition, better carbs and lower fat content.

Need tips on how to make calorie tasty oatmeal
I cook my oatmeal with water and a small amount of low fat milk added for taste.
I add stevia or other non calorie sweetener and salt.
Also make sure you don't add too little water so it ends up being a thick, sticky mass when you cook it, it should be smooth and creamy.

And thats it really, I prefer my oatmeal plain Smile

I also had surgery a few years ago, and the first 3-4 days after I was crawing meat like mad. I would actually get up in the morning and fry myself a steak for breakfast, and this is something I have never done before in my life.
I was later told (by a different doctor) that the body needs a lot protein to heal in the first days after surgery.

And yes, you shold most definately NOT do anything to strain your body without 'getting permission' first Smile
