Trying yet again after a bit of a hiatus. Maybe better luck this time? I still haven't dealt with my depression (too expensive), but maybe eating better, exercising more, and losing some weight will help. Going to focus more on weight lifting than cardio since cardio makes me feel sick and weight lifting makes me feel tired, but ok.

I decided I don't want to record everything I eat anymore. I will probably still record what I eat now and again to make sure I'm still doing ok with it, but not recording everything but still being mindful of what I'm eating has definitely helped me more than anything else.

For a challenge at work, I'm trying to go all day without eating anything artificial. What a challenge! I'm going to be missing my Diet Dr. Pepper pretty bad, but at least it's only one day. If we complete all the challenges, we can be entered into a raffle to win a free consultation with Nutrition Inc.

I still feel very disappointed in myself for being unable to get motivated enough to exercise more. I just keep feeling so tired I want to drop. I do feel better this week after having decided I am going to go back on my idea to limit my caffeine intake. It was beginning to affect my mood in a very negative way.
